. The g 4 service is terrible It works for a minute then stops. It then connects to g3 service for about two mins and then tries to reconnect to g 4. I am a truck driver; and I can tell you they have this same problem all over the country. There should be a class action lawsuit for the sal shones that do not work.

Started out with ok reception when I bought my house 5 yrs ago, then about 2 yrs ago started dropping calls in my garage only, now reception is down to 1 bar all the time, anywhere in my neighborhood and I can't make or receive a phone call without it dropping. Have spoken to Verizon countless times, they refuse to give credit or admit there is any problem with reception in my area. I am leaving them as soon as my contract is up at the end of this month. I'm actually on here looking for anyone who has input about the cricKet reception in my area. Hopefully it's better than I've got on Verizon.

Have had the phone for 3 days; several dropped calls changing to ATT who has much better service in the area of my home. We even requested to see their map of servicing areas (our community) T-Mobile stated they had great reception in our area - Just lost my business!

I usually have 3 to 4 bar but on a good day I do get all bars. I have had ALOT of dropped calls. One out of three calls is my average. I might go back to boost mobile. I never had a problem with their service and never had a droped call with them.

I have the worst reception ever in my house. My wife has a T-Mobile and it has all the bars. Im going to change to Verizon or At&t

My phone and Sprint work fine in this area as opposed to someone else who complained theirs did not. I have had good results all along I-15 from Craig to St. Rose Pkwy. as well as travel along 215 (from US 95 to Summerlin pkwy).

Works great in N Las Vegas area. Cingular did not! We also have the Katanna which works fine with Sprint. We get 5 bars in our home off Revere.

On 3 out of 4 calls to my home, the conversation is cut short due to the call being lost. Verizon works well throughout the rest of the city but in the home, very sub par...

Little to no reception -- ALL THE TIME. This is my work phone, with a shared minute bucket with the other guys in the field. Depending on where we are, reception can be had. But I spend most of the day up around these cross-streets doing office work. If a call DOESN'T drop, I'm surprised. Sprint totally sucks. Their coverage area is for crap, and when I asked what they were going to do about it, I only received a verbal shrug. My boss is screwed, I guess.

Friday nights at 1930 pm, you can't place a call. Every Friday night going home from the hospital.

I get no reception at all in my house. One bar showing if any and cuts out as soon as I dial. Half to stand in the yard just to get 2 to 3 bars showing and it still shuts off. Neat little phone but it's going back to the dealer tonight. I'm not paying $50 per month for this kind of service.
