this phone will use a battery every few hours. You my as well keep your phone on charge all the time just for it to be able to work. You try to use your facebook you will drain your battery right away to nothing even if it was in full charge. You can not go in a email without draining the battery, It drops calls all over the place. the first 20 seconds of the phone call you miss the person who is talking you sound like you are under water or in a tunnell or on speaker most of the time on the phone. Sprint will give you a run around bottom line it will not owrk in the area no matter what you do,

Thought the bars say anywhere between 3-5, once I pick up a call it gets dropped within seconds. Some calls go straight to voice mail. Some messages even take time to go through. Reception was poor where I work in North Massapequa.
