Signal is generally adequate. I can get a signal in my home, but in varies depending on where in each room I sit.

Reception at home was always poor but picks up once out of the valley. The real problem is with their relaying of calls and messages. I used to get calls and messages within minutes of their being sent--now (three years since purchasing of phones--family plan) I have seen incredible wait times for receipt of messages (the longest being a full week from when it was sent) and have had numerous occassions of the phones never receiving the calls even though both phones were at full bars and in the same area (capital district). Am looking for a new provider as the service is often non-existent when traveling even though I have full reception the calls won't connect--have noticed this a number of times when travlling in Mass. and elsewhere.
