95% of calls dropped or so garbled that you cannot understand the caller

Overall, I've with Verizon for almost 7 yrs now. And of course there's one answer to that; Dependability and Quality, and Customer Care. Thanks Verizon! JG

Can rarely make clear calls anywhere. Forget about reception indoors.

I really liked verizon's service works pretty good everywhere even out of state. But sucks in my area, dropped calls all the time like 10 within a 5 min call time. Pretty sad since I live nect to the southern state and sunrise hwy, 2 major roads on Long Island. I did see another tower go up on Bayshore Rd. but my bars did not go up so it must be another carrier, when I find out which one guess who I wil be switching to.

I get very good sevice with AT&T GSM service on Long Island. The only place I seem to get dropped calls or calls breaking up is on the N State Pkwy. between the Meadowbrook and Wantagh Pkwys. I get perfect clear calls in the city and on the LIRR.
