Moved out to this area in Sept 2010 and had to switch from Verizon to ATT because ATT got full Service at our house and we could only text with Verizon.

No service at home. City is great until you get near endwell mainly by highland park.

I recently got this phone from ATT and I must say it is really nice and a great price. Coverage wise reception is great in the binghamton area. Bars range from about 2 to a full 5 bars and the H+ coverage is pretty fast. I go to BU and service there is good too, similar to what I get in binghamton. I recently tested it in rural kirkwood and coverage was still decent I had 1 to 2 bars so texting and calling were fine but the edge internet is very slow. No complaints so far though

like the other two posted. Great coverage in the city. Forget about it once you get away from Binghamton or Vestal. Sprint has done nothing to improve or add to coverage since atleast 2004 that I know of. Sprint coverage is awesome if you plan on being inside of the city limits. Once you get off the main roads, Sprint is almost non existent.

It is good. I only get the little 1x and maybe 1 bar some times at my house. But it works to make phone calls. Other than that it is really good.

I only loose signal inside some of the older buildings.

I am right next to Hgwy 81 S and always get 5 bars in my house. I get good reception in all of Binghamton. I have had trouble getting good reception in Willet, also on Penn Ave S. in PA. But good reception in Hallstead PA.

my phone sucks I have to go in the road to talk. towers are down the road. how inconvient when I lose a signal in the middle of a important phonecall

Really good reception throughout campus. Low reception in Engineering Building on campus. Poor / below average reception towards the back of Walmart. Works well everywhere else.
