horrible... every few days I am not able to make calls, today I can't make OR receive calls, and the tech support don't know anything much... . for some reason it seems that i'm roaming, the network keeps switching and the guys at T-Mobile have no clue why this is happening... I think this provider should NOT be used in NY. i'm gonna start checking new providers... it's just not worth the headache.

Worked fine 2 weeks ago, now nothing. Yet palm works ok and Motorola razor does too. Go figure.

I Love Verizon Wireless. I never had a problem with it. I always have great reception. Nextel has the worst.

i always get alot of dropped calls,it always redials and when most people call me it goes straight to the voicemail. people say that they have to call me three times before getting through. I work at LaGaurdia airport and the service is the worst. I wanna switch but I dont know which carrier to switch to.

231 street between Kinsbridge and Riverdale ave is a dead zone. Along Henry Hudson Pkwy. it is OK reception

I get service and reception almost everywhere, not including underground on the train station. I've had this phone for two years and the same service and never once have I had a dropped call. I get reception in my apartment and even when I'm out of state.

My apartment building itself has some issues, but outside I always have 4 / 6-6 / 6 bars and never have dropped calls, etc.

Terrible reception. Useless comes to mind.
