Wow this service is just ridiculously bad, I just don't have other words for it. I barely get more than 2 bars here in the parts of the bronx I frequent. I travel everyday from bedford to westchester sq. I can spend the whole bus ride trying to view a 10 min vid. It spend most of the time asking to reload the video or the page just not loading at all. When it does start playing I might get a good minute of play and then 5-8 mins of waiting to get the service back so the vid can continue playing. It's a complete joke! Thank goodness I remembered my optiumum password and can get their free wifi in certain parts of my commute and travels so that saves the day. I had no issues streaming when I had cricket cant believe I left it just for a new phone, smh. You live and learn. DONT GET SPRINT IN THE NYC AREA JUST DONT.Was this review helpful to you?

Sprint literally has the WORSE RECEPTION / SERVICE EVER! I hate it so bad! There is no way that I pay as much as I do for my phone amd can never browse the internet without it having poor connection. It takes forever for things to load! So annoying I can not wait to switch carriers, I have been with Sprint for about 8 years now, always hated it... Sprint sucks in section 2, Co-op city drop calls if I ever get them, can't get or send messages, service freezes. Internet seevice freezes most of the time. Try to spend some time on Facebook, forgetaboutit... ... ... ... .Was this review helpful to you?
Been a Sprint costumer for more than 12 years. Since moving to NY I've noticed the quality of my signal drop dramatically in comparison to my signal in Florida. Where I'm at I barely get on bar, so calls drop and txt messages cancel all the time.Was this review helpful to you?
They opened up a store recently in the area, and I picked up a good smartphone (on sale at a nice price) and a no-contract plan from them, and so far I am a satisfied customer. I get a good signal pretty much everywhere. My only gripe is that my online account got bungled up, and even after spending close to 2 hours working with customer service on the problem, I have to change my password any time I want to access their website.Was this review helpful to you?
Towards the end of 2012 and all of 2013 I had AT&T. When I started service with them I use to live by Yankee Stadium. I had perfect LTE service didn't have a problem at all. Once I moved to Woodlawn near Montefiore Hospital that's when my service went from perfect to worse. I was getting drop calls often, text messages late. Horrible customer service my problem were never solved. Once I heard that T-Mobile was paying for cancellation fee I went ahead and traded my Iphone 5 for the Iphone 5s. Since being in T-Mobile not only I'm saving money on my monthly bill but, I have never had a problem. I have been in the Rockaways a few times to visit friends which have ATT and have horrible service there own homes while I have full bars LTE. In New York City in my opinion is that if you want really good service your better off with Verizon and T-mobile. Of course one is more expensive then the other.Was this review helpful to you?

The only time I lose reception is when I get in an elevator. Always had good reception. I've traveled from NY to FL and never had a problem. Verizon overall has great customer service too.Was this review helpful to you?
Up until 3 weeks ago service was excellent, now no reception at all without using wifi calling. No calls, no text, no data and customer service is still giving me the run around, three weeks and 10 calls later. They refuse to change the phones because according to them the phones are not the problem but they dont know what is. Guess I have to find a new carrier.Was this review helpful to you?
