One second I have four bars, the next two, the next zero and my call is dropped, then it's back up to four without explanation. This is all while I'm standing in the same location. I can see the Verizon corporate logo on the side of the corporate headquarters downtown from my fifth floor window, and yet all of my calls are dropped multiple times. This has happened with two different Verizon phones. What a joke.

Brooklyn Heights is the graveyard of AT&T cellphone service. It's been this way for years. Boooo!

Don't know what happened?? 3 days ago, I could receive and make calls, now nothing. My phone indicates 5 bars of reception, but I get nothing but dead air. Luckily I have a Verizon wireless phone as well to use!

Great reception always. When we go into buildings, my friends who have Verizon have to go near windows for service. Not me!

Dropped calls, no service when everyone else with different service providers have, if I move around at home,even an inch while lying in bed on the phone - dropped calls. With cheaper phones same problem... TMobile is garbage, switched to AT and T today... ..cost... $200.00 CANCELLATION fee to TMobile. Imagine I'm cancelling service I barely have. :-(

T-mobile is one of the worst cell phone providers I have ever had they Suck with a capital S, the reception is poor I experience nothing but dropped calls, blank spots, and even when i'm outside I still don't get good reception. I changed phones thinking it was the phone, only to realize that it's the service. I am very disappointed because this is our primary phone we don't have a landline phone in our home, I feel like whats the sense of having the minutes when you can't even use them it makes no sense.

My service with T-Mobile is fine. I've never had any problems with dropped calls or no reception. I have perfect service at home which I need since I don't have a landline.

Always a clear signal, never had dropped calls. I spend a lot of $$$ with Verizon, but I have no problems...

verizon works everywhere in the country except my apartment and neighborhood

I get almost no reception in my apt. on the ground floor. The phone has to sit at a certain position by the window to get one bar and has to be plugged into the charger it is a disaster!

I've always had great reception also text and emailing with no problems. Customer service personnel were always professional. I've had AT&T and Verizon but I will never go back.

Sometimes even with 5 bars I get complaints from the person that I'm calling that theres a lot of distortion. Never get a signal in the subway or in a store. Great coverage in Manhattan and in Florida. Sales staff very unhelpful - just interested in the sale. If coverage doesn't improve am considering T-Mobile or Verizon next time.

tmobile is the best ever, I always get service! not one call dropped! with Cingular they are horrible, my calls dropped, well for now I had T-Mobile for 4years and no calls dropped what so ever, you make the decision which one is good?

I have Sprint and I have the worst reception in my apartment. My phone never rings but I get voice mail messages. I have to try numerous times to make a phone call then I get a message telling me that I'm out of range. I will never buy another Samsung phone, wish I can change my phone carrier.

ranges from no reception to fake-you-out reception, meaning the call comes through, I answer, but I sound like i'm underwater and then the call drops. this is in my apartment.

For the past 7 months, my calls were dropped constantly. Since past Saturday, I have NO reception whatsoever.
