I have never had a dropped call with Sprint in 15 years of service. Customer care is the best also. People that say they have poor reception should look at their 5 year old crap phone before complaining about reception.

I get amazing 3G coverage on my phone! Only dead spots I've found were in the metro rail stations obviously. lol

At first I never had a problem with my phone. Lately I have been having no signal to call, surf the web, getting on social networking sites, and a lot of messages about the network is busy. I have been with Sprint off and on since the '90's. I feel that I pay too much money for poor service. The 3g signal goes in and out. I have had to call customer service a few time and was told that the tower was out and it would take some time to get back up and running. I have found customer service to be great at least the t was people I spoke with went over and beyond to help me. One girl helped me to reset my phone, even though it did not help with getting my internet connection back, but at least she tried. The other guy just explained that it was a data issue and they were working to fix the problem. Sprint needs to do more for better service # getting aggravated with have No signal.

Cannot use phone in my house. I get 5 bars if I stand on my roof, but that really does not help - does it? I have complained to Sprint who said it was a phone issue. I have taken phone to store for repair and was told it was fine. I have been with Sprint for over 10 yrs and am looking for a provider with better coverage.

Indoor reception has gotten extremely poor over the past month. I frequently get dropped calls and usually have to call the party back.

I chose Tmoble cause I was fed up with Sprint,big mistake, With Tmoble I was in and out of calls, dropped calls, and most of the time there was no signal. The tmoble coverage map helps out a lot, too bad I didnt check it first before I signed up. Tmoble doesn't have a good coverage area for all of Buffalo.

4 to 5 bars with 3G indoors. AT&T's reception in the Buffalo region is excellent. I get 3 bars and 3G in the basement of all the halls on UB's North Campus, and at least 3 bars and 3G in all lecture halls.

Great reception throughout WNY

OMG I LOVE AT&T! This guy named Luke helped me out at the store and he answered ALL of my questions. He really is the reason I am with AT&T, and I came from Verizon. I left Verizon because they are a bunch of scum bags. They really know how to make a young girl feel uncomfortable.

AT&T is the best, 3g is unbelievable. I used to have Verizon but one of their sales people kept calling my phone and sending me disturbing images to my phone. I filed a police report and it's being processed. Don't go to Verizon... for your family's sake.

Cingular's reception was terrible. I had a 2-year contract and basically made no calls during that time because time after time I would either have no reception or the call would be dropped midway in the conversation. The "rollover minutes" are useless when you can't get a signal to call.

sprint is the ultimate worse company ever,their customer service is the worst,they have lousy reception,many dropped calls,overpriced,they don't contact you before shutting off your phone,they have a lot of complaints from many different people,if I were to rate them I give them a "BIG FAT 0 they won't work with you on paying your bill,etc etc.that's it whatever a person may do,i would think twice before I "EVER" went back to sprint, yuk,yuk and double yuk hehe

Great reception despite one of my roommates having same T-Mobile service but she can never get service. She has the Walkman phone. Nokia 6030 works great. I always get 3 or more bars. Great connection, no static or dropped calls.

Bad reception on the City's West Side and Downtown.

No reception anywhere near the State Troopers barracks on the Interstate 90 and NY33 Expressway. Drops the call every time... like clockwork

never had a problem with Sprint in amherst. store on transit(williamsville) very honest about signal strength, very helpful.

Had excellent reception in the past, recently has been poor with dropped calls, few bars.

It works pretty well, although in some malls it might get a bit of statics, but overall it serves its purpose. and I like my tiny good-looking and very functional gsm phone, unlike verizon's huge heavy cdma phone. ha
