people with the same service and free phones they got on a $30 / mo. plan get better reception in my house than I do. I paid a $200 premium for " the best phone on the market " according to the Verizon rep. who sold it to me. my contract is up in april and I am going to smash this phone with a big hammer when I get a new one. I will not buy the next one on the advice of a salesman.
