On the road the phone is good, but I had to get an external antena for my new house in NY. I would also like eveyone to know that the T-Mobile customer service is the greatest customer service department I have ever worked with. About a year ago they replaced my 3 year old phone at no cost because I was getting a lot of static on my calls, and that fixed the problem. I also called to ask if there was anything they could do about boasting the signal at my house, and after 3 days of no signal at all they had their engineers increase the signal in my area. I am not sure why they don't just do that everywhere, but they were great, and I was able to continue using their phone even after I moved to NY.
