I can usually get and send calls on my Treo, which is better than it was with the Samsung A460. The latter worked only with an external antenna from Radio Shack.

Spotty reception. Occasionally can receive calls, which last only seconds before call is dropped. Often, incoming calls go right to voicemail, which you don't know about until you leave Centerport and your message alert goes off.

There is absolutely no service in this area. I want to change my service but Verizon wants me to pay 175 early Termination fee. They have no customer service I just don't think we should let them do this to us with their stupid contract and I would like to sue them.
