	Even when I lived in the city my service was spotty. The tower always seems to be going down or something. I could be in the middle of a call and have good signal then two seconds later my call is lost. Text messages go through most of the time, but there are some times when they don't. During storms or very windy days the service gets even more wacky, if there is any at all sometimes. I think the tower needs to be updated or something

	There is a cell tower only 1 / 2 miles on Davis from my house. However, the terrain is such that the cell tower is just over the top of the hill but on the other side. I get 1 bar on my driveway and nothing inside. I wonder which phone company owns this cell tower and if they can boost the singlal power.

	I used to have AT&T but switched to Verizon after I got no coverage on the hill or in town. With Verizon, my service is surprisingly good up here and in town it could not get any better. I highly reccommend Verizon to anyone who lives in Corning.
