Verizon 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V265	Excellent coverage all over Tompkins county. Funky dead spot on Hwy. 13 near the State Trooper Barracks. Usually only get analog in the village of Dryden (near TC3), full digital everywhere else. Excellent customer service from Verizon. My first phone arrived DOA, they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Then I found out that the number they gave me was long distance for most friends and associates. They changed it immediately -- for free and no questions asked.
