I bought the Motorola V710 and for almost 4 months I received excellent service but now I get no service, spotty service or dropped calls. I have been working with Verizon on this matter-*228 reprograming, taken the phone into the tech center for software up grades but still I get very poor service or no service at all. I may have to go the extra expense and switch to nextell, I hear they have excellent service. Now they want me to exchange my phone for a new one, What happens if that does not solve the problem?
