Full signal strength wherever I go, I do get cut off in valleys and some buildings but 99.50% of the time I am in the green! Cingular is the best!

Sufficient coverage to get by in most outdoor scenarios (however, on MANY parts of LIE-495 theres no signal at all?!). I get flat down the middle coverage (3 / 6 bars) in most buildings I am in. Dont count on basement coverage. TMobile seriously needs to work on Long Island if theyre gonna beat the CDMA providers (Verizon / Sprint). West coast GSM coverage is vastly superior x_x. However, I have had T-Mobile since the Voicestream days, and I have yet to cancel =P

While I can make a call at the listed intersection, just 1/4 mi away, inside my apartment, there is no reception. There are no trees or hills or tall buildings. I have to stand outside the house, and even then I am spinning around for the magic spot. The same results happened on my TDMA phone.

Only 2 bars of service and sometimes it drops to none dropping the call.

Reception is spotty to non-existent most of the time. Sometimes OK in front of house or outside, but calls still drop, or can't get messages. Area is poor in general for many people I have spoken to with a variety of carriers.

Its actually Working Assets who is my carrier - had them for a year, and for the last 3 weeks have been unable to get any bars - called and they said I needed to renew contract and get new phone and that should help. Could not even retrieve messages. Got new phone and guess what? They could not even download internet capabilities to the phone - need 3 bars to do that. They very nicely told me to try another carrier - I have 30 days to back out of contract. Now what? Cingular?

Virgin ranges from no reception to a whopping one bar ( I have no idea how many bars there are total bacause its never been above 1 ). Indoor reception non-existent on a permanent basis, must stand outside about 1 / 4 mile away even in below zero or over 90 temperatures to check messages, make calls, etc. A hideous product worthy only of replacement.

Reception in my home is usually at no bars, with service. At the highest, it can reach 2 bars and at its lowest, obviously no service. Stepping out of my house, I can reach 1 bar at an average, and driving along Daly and Wicks, I can get as much as 3 bars. When placing calls, calls are refused about 40% of the time. During conversations, calls are dropped about 50% of the time and almost every call has broken communications [as in I hear a fraction of what the other end says, and they hear the same]. Overall, service in my area is very poor for T-Mobile.
