I used to have excellent reception in this area, but 4 weeks ago it evaporated. T-mobile's tech support was bad and they could not fix the problem or even update on the status. So, I am switching to another provider.

Reception is very erratic in this entire area. Much worse in summer months when humidity is high and trees are in bloom. I would avoid the carrier and the phone maker. The phone repeatly needs replacement or repair.

Outside very spotty with no coverage at all in some places that are even closer to the cell site than our home. We are less than a mile from two sites. Inside is very poor.

I been getting a good reception in my house for 4 years. Yesterday and today I get vertually no reception. I just drove around until I got a reception and called Sprint and updated my phone. I got back home and it still doesn't work. It is breaking up severely.Some thing must have happened to the signal?

There are very few spots you can get reception in this area, and that varies moment to moment.
