	Usually I have great service at my home that is why I got rid of the land line and when with broad band access - the last week I have not been able to get any service - I have been calling VZ and their tech support has been really helpful letting me know that they are currently working on the tower - but how long does it take to fix the tower? I have no other phone and need my cell phone - I am very disappointed with the company on not notifying the customer in the the area that there would be no cell service and that they do not have more reliable updates on when service will be back.
