T-mobile has been useless to me since I moved from Queens to Nassau county! I have been stuck with horrible service, continual dropped calls, and complete lack of "bars" reception on a daily basis. I am suffering through the rest of my contract because I work in Manhattan and have no problems there. I also have a family plan, where one person lives in Westbury, and has equally horrible reception, only 1-2 bars and non-stop call dropping. T-Mobile, great for Queens-Manhattan, deplorable for Nassau county.

Very shaky reception down meacham Av. You move a couple of inches and lose the signal. Stay in the same place for a moment more and you will get back the signal. Drops calls left and right. Srint pcs works fine in the same area.
