get no reception in the house and get one bar outside maybe.

The phone rings, but drops everytime. I use to get about 3-4 bars outside on Elder and now might get 1-2 max.

Had 2 phones working great, last month or so dropped calls have increased significantly. Tried calling Veriszon support 2x tonight and both calls were dropped. Have my mother on my plan in Geneva 14456 and for the past month or so it is nearly impossible to hold a conversation at any time. Worked fine there before for the past 6 months. Do the PRL updates all the time.

Calls drop constantly at home. I go outside and they drop there to. But the reception is great a mile in any direction from this area.

1-2 bars reception. Beats me which network uses the cell phone I can see from here, but there's no way it's Nextel! I second the previous "motorola phones suck" comment. I have an LG 4600 phone on Verizon that is WONDERFUL, gets reception here and almost everywhere else I go. However, Verizon's got serious customer service and billing issues. Buyer beware.

Teriffic reception at home, but I can see the darned tower from my kitchen window so no surprise there. Great reception in downtown Rochester too. Just don't expect to get very far off the beaten path and have reception. Nothing in the Finger Lakes 'cept in Canandaigua. Lousy service in Victor. If you're more than a couple miles off the Thruway you can forget about service. Switching to the evil Verizon for coverage reasons only.
