T-Mobile it averages from 2 to 5 bars out here on Long Island, it really depends on what your location is and the phone you own. I currenly got a new phone the Sony Ericsson K700 and the reception increased because of the great internal antenna that the phone has. Overall T-Mobile has good reception.
