Great reception on old post, specifically 10th replacement... 4-5 bars usually, maybe 3-4 inside barracks... On new post, and post facilities, such as PX, shoppettes, barracks, etc, zero to one bar... usually inside buildings, lose contact with tower completely, get 'no network' message.

Cingular Has very good reception on Ft. Drum with the exception of in the barracks due to all the copper wiring however all providers dont have service in the barracks.

Excellent reception all through Fort Drum Cantonment Area, Wheeler Sack AAF, Watertown, Black River, and most of Jefferson County. Verizon Wireless is the absolute best carrier for a Fort Drum soldier.
