I can't talk in the south side of my home. ( one or no bars) I have to move to the north side of my house ( if I am lucky I get two bars) I Contacted Verizon and they now tell me they dont gaurantee reception in your home! What good is it? they then told me to get a land line! I guess their commercial where they check their network is just propaganda bs. By the way my neighbor next door who lives in the same kind of house gets 4 bars and has good reception. I guess I live in a dead zone that Verizon forgot to check on.

Lied about their service, bill and plans until I signed a 2 year contract. Never had ONE call I didn't drop.

Excellent reception inside and out. No problems.

1 year ago reception was great. In the last 3 months it has degraded to poor. Many dropped calls.

I get great reception over all of Grand Island except where it matters, in my home... it seems that I have to go out to the street, or far into the backyard to get a signal that's reliable. (Maybe the tower's line of sight passes through all my neighbor's homes?) My phone fluctuates from 2 bars to no service and back again when it is inside the house. My sister's i60 Nextel phone does the same, as did my old i500 and i1000.

Flashes "No service available." Can't make a call from inside my home.
