Outside the signal is reliable - it won't drop too many calls - but the reception is terrible. Inside, the reception is terrible, but the added bonus is you don't have to hear it very often because it will drop the call depending on which room your in. Forget about it in basements, elevators, or even one step down the staircase to a subway station...

I have to stand by a window for my call not to be dropped.

I must say, that service in my house was garbage, but it seems that during the last month, service has be expanded quite well. I actually have service in my basement now and service else where in my house is pretty good now. Kudos to T-Mobile, their getting there.

Reception is excellent where i'm at. Full bars all the way even in my basement can't complain about that.

No problems. Switched from Verizon recently and everything is fine.

It seems like T-Mobile just boosted the signal strength on one of the neighboring tower because there is great improvement in the front of my house (the side facing GCP which is north) while bars drop like nuts when you go to the back of the house. Anyway, it's good to see change. At least now I don't have to STAND next to the window to make / receive a call... finally, I can SIT on my sofa and talk on my cell... ... hooray~~!

In the radius of half a mile there just no reception at all!
