The Reception is pretty good for on top of oakdale road but even when my phone says I have 3 bars it cant place a call but 4 bars I can!

Really poor reception in Indian Ridge Apartments where I live. Decent elsewhere, but not nearly as good as when I used to live in State College, PA and Cleveland, OH. Switching providers next month when my contract is up, probably to Verizon.
