Approximately 2 bars outside if I stand in the correct spot and hold my phone up. Inside, 0-1 bars depending how close I am to a window in one corner of the house.

Very dissappointed with lack of service in this area - I essentially have had no service in my home from Verizon for the last 6 years. (AT&T is no better). Very few providers have signal here. I've seen Nextel phones work as various service personal are able to contact their office. Verizon has no plans to improve service in this area.

I now get 1-2 bars of reception at my house, compared with none using an older LG phone, same service. Aside from that, Verizon reception is very poor near where I live, especially along Rt 35 from Rt 100 to Rt 118. That's a good 4 mile stretch with NO service. More importantly, as I've recently discovered, Verizon's customer service is downright appalling. I've called them 5 different times for the same billing issue. They tell me they'll make the changes, and never do. It's been going on 6 months now. Another friend of mine has the same issue. I wish there was an alternative to this overpriced low reception with horrendous customer service, but all the other carriers seem to have worse reception. For now, I'm stuck in another 2-year plan with the best of the worst - Verizon. Those outrageous $150 early cancellation fees should be outlawed!

Reception is terrible at my home and street. Gets better as I head down towards town and 684

Generally overpriced. No signal where I live and phone switches constantly from TDMA to wireless as one drives down 684 towards NYC - with multiple dead zones. When one calls to complain AT&T offers other plans... not solutions.
