This is my first phone with Sprint. I had Verizon for years but it got to be too expensive. Sprint was a savings, but it has NOT been worth it. I absolutely hate this phone and the coverage. I lose signal everywhere. I was on the 90 and couldn't get reception. I hardly get service in my house. Definitially not in any commercial building or basements. However my friend has a Sprint Blackberry and the reception is better than mine. Never had any of these problems with Verizon. In fact my work cell is through Verizon and it works everywhere. Do not switch to Sprint.

my building is in a "good" coverage area, which means I can receive texts but cannot text out and same for phone calls... the call comes thru but can't always answer it without losing signal.

Never have a problem using in my home or anywhere for that matter. Works throughout WNY area as well as on the interstate heading westbound. No dropped calls.

No problems at all. I even get 5 bars inside the building where I work. (In Buffalo) Most of the other cell phone users have to get near a window or go outside. I'm very satisfied with the carrier and my new phone.

For some reason, no dependable reception at my home. Everywhere else, we seem to get several bars and good service. But not at home.

Poor reception at home in South Lancaster. Have to be upstairs near window to get a good signal or outside. Full signal received in other areas.
