Much better reception than verizon. I had Verizon for one year and always had problems in this area. Sprint has been GREAT so far.

50% of my calls from home whether its inside or out, get dropped, if it goes through at all. 25 % of the time the phone freezes during the connection of the call and never connects. although Verizon advertises great reception all over with people saying "can you hear me now?" I find it very ironic that I find myself saying that phrase alot followed by the message on my phone,"call lost"

It works good 85% of the time, but it loses signals at the most opportune time. On a positive note, I get no reception in my bedroom!

I upgraded to a Samsung X426, and went through 2 of those with many dropped calls. Then I swiched to the Motorola T721 and it's no better! AT&T is sending a another phone, but I'm sure I will have the same problem! The problem is so bad that I'm even thinking about breaking contract. I get no bars with GSM.
