Where do I begin? Sprint service is horrible. I am constantly dealing with dropped calls wherever I go and phone reception in my home is almost non-existent. I don't live in the woods, so I can't understand why the reception is so poor. Every other incoming call goes directly to voicemail. I spoke with a Sprint representative about these issues and I was directed to speak with someone at Samsung because, according to the Sprint rep, it was not Sprint's problem. The Samsung rep told me that this is a Sprint problem and on it goes. I am fed up with everyone and I can't even call anyone to tell them my problems because the calls keep dropping! It is definitely time to change carriers. Run far away from Sprint if you can!

Nextel / sprint has been the best as far as reception so far, however if you're asking about anything else they are quit expensive monthly.

constant lost calls from daughter at merrick ave middle school - my daughter walks from merrick ave middle school to camp ave - and the reception all the way is horrible - we end up texting each other which costs more- Cingular says they are the ones with less dropped calls - I get them every afternoon between 2:45 and 5pm - there are no towers in merrick they want to put up 5 - but merrick wont allow it -

Terrible reception inside houses, ok reception when outside still not impressive. This is the case for me and quite a few others in Merrick I know that have verizon

Had Verizon for 5 years and lived in Queens with no problem in reception. Since moving to Merrick my reception has been terrible with two different phones. I am currently working on my third phone with no luck yet. Tech support keeps telling me that the towers are in working order. Who's lying here.

Normally I have 3-4 bars in my home. Every once in while the local tower goes out and I get no signal at all. After I called Verizon it's usually back working in a day or two.

Usually get three bars, but clarity of conversation varies depending on where I am in my house, front is fair, back is poor. Outside of home is fine with no problems. I work in Freeport and have no reception problems.

I've been a Verizon Customer for 6 years, I've noticed over the past year the service in my area has degraded to the point where I'm breaking my contract to go with Cingular! My friend has a Cingular Treo 650 and he gets 3+ bars in my house compared to 1 bar with Verizon. Tons of dropped calls.
