Horrible Verizon service. Cant hold a call in my house to save the world. Even outside in many parts of Nanuet and Rockland is very poor service. Switching to Cingular or another brand once contract is up.

Almost always in the 2-4 bar range (4 is MAX on this phone) within Rockland County, though it sometimes dies on Middletown Rd for no apparent reason. Poor reception in and around the house, yet fine in the street. Calls will drop inexplicably approx. 1/8 of the time, even when signal strength appears strong and even over Digital connections. Generally very happy with Verizon connectivity in southern NY state, northern NJ and NYC/LI regions, just wish for AT&T phones and plans!
