Calls drop all the time, reception can go from 3 bars to 0 for no reason. Seems like reception is getting worse

Just awful. At the most 1-2 bars, most of the times have none. Dropped calls are a guarantee.

Horrible reception in the office complex. Spotty, calls drop all the time, not Verizon-like at all. They should do something and do it quick - there are hundreds of people in this area practically without cell phone service.

Not very good at all inside the house and only fair outside the house. Sometimes I won't even move and will go from one or two bars to none and the call quality is often spotty and full of noise and static. I used to get excellent reception but the quality has been deteriorating over the past nine months to a year.
