I recently switched to Sprint and there is NO reception inside Penn Station. I am very disappointed with the service. Other than Verizon does anyone know what carrier gets good reception inside Penn Station?

Coverage is much better than last year. Last year I could not use the phone at all in the house except by the windows. Now I can even go two levels down in the basement and still get 4 bars. I usually have 4 bars, sometimes 5. Reception in pretty good in Queens and Brooklyn also.

I just moved from 74th b/w 2nd & 3rd, where I had great reception. Now when my phone rings I have to squeeze against the window to get just enough time to tell whoever is calling to call me on the land line before it drops the call. I went to the sprint store to complain, they laughed and said NO cell phones get reception where I live, which is b.s. b/c I know people who get reception w/ other companies in my building.

No service in building on West 86th street. Phone network changes to At&t, even though I pay for T-Mobile service. I always drop calls especially before entering the one train. Awful service.

No reception whatsoever on the first floor back in the year 2005 when I first bought my first phone ever, I was 15 years old. As soon as you enter the building, phone showed that there is no service. Since I had no service back then I decided to switch to AT&T at the time. Well recently about a month ago, I decided to buy the cheapest prepaid T-Mobile plan to see if this problem has been fixed and because I want to leave AT&T... But as of right now year 2011, the problem hasn't been fixed! A problem that has been happening since 2005! Called T-Mobile explained it to them, that it has been years that my building never gets service from their network. They said the signal was weak in my area but they couldn't guarantee that they would install a new tower just for me. And then people wonder why they're a failing business? 6 years and they never corrected the problem. No wonder they're going out of business! However I don't agree with AT&T buying T-Mobile as I want to leave AT&T. It is better that another company buys T-Mobile so that the consumers can have another GSM choice besides AT&T! If AT&T buys T-Mobile then AT&T will have a monopoly over GSM phones period! No matter how good their service is after they merge! STILL A MONOPOLY OF GSM!

163rd and Broadway, 3rd level. No service in my apt. and building from T-mobile. My MetroPCS phone - all 5 bars all around my apt and building. T-Mobile - No Service! Walked around the neighborhood (5-7 block radius) - Signal jumps between 2 bars and 5 bars... only few times got 3G signal.

T-mobile sucks, especially if you are attending Baruch College. It just loses signals right after I entered the building. I think I should switch to Verizon.

Densely populated area like most of Manhattan, lots of upscale buildings, big surprise T-Mobile service is so bad, especially inside any building. Voice calls often go through on some phones (Android G1 - yes, but with problems, Blackberry Pearl - no, cheap Nokia - no). Wireless Internet does not work at all, drops connection every minute.
