AT&T doesn't have good reception at home, at work or anywhere else. I feel ripped off every time I pay my bill. STAY AWAY!

AT&T coverage is spotty. It has not gotten better in the 5 years I have been on them. Truth is I am struggling moving to T-Mobile and android.

Made a HUGE mistake switching from Sprint to Verizon. Im an ATM technician and move all through the city every day. I carry two phones. Neither of them get good indoor signals. calls dont transmit and I never get voicemails on time. Their tech support pretty much turned on me and said I'm responsible for checking my own voicemail? I didnt have these issues with Sprint. Under NO Circumstances would I recommend Verizon to any NYC resident. Switching back to Sprint next week.

I can't make or receive any phone calls since yesterday morning (service downed for 2 days already). Talked with an ATT stuff and they said there were no service in that area, it not my phone / sim card problem.

The most horrible wireless carrier in NYC. Period. Data doesn't work as it is horrendously slow but fewest dropped calls is definitely true because you can't make a call to begin with!

If I do get any kind of signal from AT+T, it is spotty at best. I have stood in certain offices and gotten reception, then stood in another office a few doors down and nothing. I have even been unable to make a phone call standing outside of the building after trying 5 times and walking laps around the building trying to find a spot that I can connect. I would wonder if my phone is the problem, but everyone else on my floor with AT+T shares my problem. For the nation's largest network, they sure have the nation's largest problems.

My phone gets no service lately. It even says "No service" in the top left corner. When I first power it up, it has bars for three seconds and then it goes to "searching" and then "no service." AT&T is saying there are some cell tower issues in the vicinity. No kidding! AT&T needs far more cell towers and to fix them - quickly! Still, Apple is suggesting I replace my phone. AT&T is suggesting I try getting a new SIM card. But AT&T can't tell me if / when the cell towers will be fixed. Terrible service! Thanks for listening! I needed to express my great frustration.

Everyone says my calls break up and 9 out of 10 times my phone does not ring and goes straight to voice mail. I live on the 11th floor

Data speeds are terrible. My phone regularly shows 5 bars of service, but pulling up even simple mobile websites just doesn't work 40% of the time. Call quality is generally decent, but I don't make calls very often. Data though... is pretty much entirely unreliable.
