T-mobile suck, have no signal or only one bar in room. Absolutely no signal in subway station. Have problem to receive phone calls from other carriers, they are directly put into voice mail...

Great reception everywhere on the upper east side. I also get great reception everywhere in the Tri-State Area as well as throughout the country. I drive monthly between NY and DC and have never gotten cut off once during the drive. Unless you have the need for newest Blackberry Pearl or Curve, I would definitely say Verizon is the best in the Tri-State Area.

Basically along 12th street from Bdwy to 5th T-Mobile has horrible service. No service in restaurants or apts and a hard time repicking up the network.

I have to stand near a window to get 1 bar of reception (4th floor apartment). Every time I enter a building in Manhattan, I lose my signal completely. Moral of the story: a) don't choose T-Mobile as your carrier, b) don't buy a Samsung e315. =) my 2 cents
