Been with Sprint for 3 1 / 2 years Had contract for first 2 years. Been using without contract for last 1 1 / 2 years. Customer service has improved greatly over the years.No major problems with dropped calls at home. In stores such as Super WalMart service can be good or bad depending on if your in middle of store and / or if you are calling another cell with same carrier or different carrier. It all depends on those factors and / or. if you are calling a landline phone. I am switching to prepaid because of finiancial situations at present time. Its just too costly to be on a plan right now. Over all I would say Sprint was pretty good for a contract cell phone in my area.
