AT&T 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: lg cu500	From Hardscrabble RD South Turn right on to Bird Pond RD. Reception is average until you hit the Dip down into the valley where the outlet of Bird pond is. For the rest of Bird pond rd out to the hudson river Bridge in North Creek reception is spotty at times.

AT&T 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V551	Cingular has a tower on Gore Mtn that provides good coverage for 120 degrees to the SE. Used with a vehicle mounted antenna and a bi-directional antenna I have excellent coverage from Rte 28 near Casey's North and south right to Warrensburg and out Peaceful Valley Rd and around Rte 8 and south. No coverage in North Creek except the corner of 28N and Main St. verizon users get some open air coverage on Main St, but it's very spotty. all phones work on Gore Mtn above tower 4 of the gondola. Cingular is the most consistent.

Verizon 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: UV3200	The Chestertown cell tower is on Panther Mountain. I use a 32 inch yagi antenna and average to good reception. If I point it toward the water tower in schroon lake, I get below average reception. If there is a cell tower on gore mountain in north creek, it is certainly a very poor one.
