T-Mobile Sucks... Almost a year with them, and I have had 5 friggen phones, nothing made my service any better. It's just terrible all the way around. I am fed up and now I am searching for another service to take place of this crap. I am paying 200 a month for two phones, and never have service, always dropped calls, doens't ring, goes straight to voice mail. I will be talking to someone and then they can't hear me. Service with T-Mobile sucks.

I've had Sprint for about 5 years now - starting as Nextell and always had decent reception. Beginning this year - suddenly I have NO bars, or I'll have pulsing 1 bar, then 3, then 1 again. Everyone says I'm breaking up - my voicemails are blank, and calls are dropped from "lost signal". I actually bought an upgrade thinking my phone was just getting old. The new phone did the same thing. I gave it back. WHen the contract is up - I will probably go back to my landline only.

This has to be the absolute worse cell phone in the world. Nothing but problems, always rebooting itself, calls fail, no bars, for the price I pay each month for two phones I wish to god I would of listerned to my gut. Have already gotten new phones after only 2 months cause some problems with it rebooting all the time and now the new one does the same thing. I have no coverage in my home, and once I go outside I get 1-2 bars, which still is horrible. I am considering paying the 400.00 to drop T-Mobile. It's horrible...

The service is awful. Every other provider works perfectly at my home. Not Verizon. Now I'll not use them for my new notebook wifi.

1 bar of service but calls are surprisingly clear. no problems hearing the caller or them hearing me.

anywhere from 1 / 2 to 2 bars - can hear just fine but the person on the other end says i'm breaking up a lot

No coverage at all... though I get one bar at some locations in town, and in the middle of the lake (when taking the ferry to or from Vermont)

In this area, Verizon Wireless is the way to go... .but Tracfone is really good as well. And I know my phone is old as the river, but it still works with the best of them! I actually ordered a Motorola C343 from Tracfone, I am making the jump. The phone uses Verizon towers so the reception will be the same... .

Straight Garbage, this carrier had very little service in Plattsburgh and none as soon as you drove out of town... .DO NOT GO VIRGIN MOBILE!

At Snug Harbour Marina in Plattsburgh, NY I get no cell phone reception with Sprint, and my co-workers who have Verizon and AT&T don't get it either.
