Sprint 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SPH-A400	With newer phone, service is better than my 2-year old phone, but still not great. With newer, signal fades 1 out of 2 or 3 times. With older one, might get service 1 out of 5 or 6 times (full charged battery). Service from Sprint is horribly inadequate. Many hidden rates. They add services you don't want (and have to pay for) and have to wait to get removed from your plan. Cell coverage was better a year ago. Has deteriorated extraordinarily in the last year.

Sprint 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SPH-A400	Service is VERY often dropped or signal faded. Will get through about 1 out of 5 times. Have 2 different phones with same service (1 new, 1 two years old). Service from Sprint is horribly inadequate. Many hidden rates. They add services you don't want (and have to pay for) and have to wait to get removed from your plan. Cell coverage was okay a year ago. Has deteriorated extraordinarily in the last year.
