My phone has an internal antennae and regardless it constantly gets 3-5 bars when Im on the first and second floor of my house. However, when in the basement I get anywhere for two to 4 bars. In some spots it drops down to 1 or less, I dont know if Im just too far in that the signal can't reach. For the most part the service is good. However last year around June the situation was very different. Reception sucked in the basement and I could only get a bar or two maximum.
