25% of my calls made from my home are dropped. Almost all calls from my home involve signal disruption. I get shuttled back and forth from Verizon's Phone TechSupport and going down to the store. Neither one gets anything done. I am still left with poor service on all fronts. I am considering breaking contract.

I live in Massapequa Park, reception is great, I work in Seaford and I either get a very slight signal or none at all. Hope things improve now that Cingular bought ATT, I had TMobile before and I assumed ATT would be better.....well you know what they say when you assume ..lol, all I can do is see if things improve or switch to Verizon when my contract expires
