AT&T 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola RAZR V3	cingular has the best phone and the best reception I have up to 4 bars in my basement even when I make a call I have like 3 bars they have the best phone and best reception. I had T-Mobile they may have the best plan but they have no reception everytime someone use to call me and left me a voicemail I always use to get then the next day! stick to Cingular and their phones their the best
