inside I get 1-2 bars outside I get 4-5 this changed recently as few months ago I got 0-1 anywhere in wappingers other than route 9 itself.

We don't get any reception until we're a good distance from Hillside Lake.

I get two bars outside and 1 to no reception inside.

Regularly go from 4 bars of service to none without moving during calls. DC service fares no better.

I get amazing service everywhere and have no problems! This is with a MOTOROLA. and Motorola's are not known for great service! Cingular is the company to get. Not to mention 6 new towers are supposed to be going in in this area really soon.

New tower has gone up nearby. After *228 my phone which was previously 3 bars in Hillside Lake, suddenly has 4-5 bars. Verizon beats the others hands down!

It continues to be a real toss up as to whether a call will go through, and also how long it wil take to drop. Calls end by being dropped 85% of the time, despite working wit Tech Support for 2+ years. Wonder what it wil take to ever get usable signal here?

Reception seems to be affected by the weather in this area. Clear and sunny-graet reception... but forget it if it is raining - dropping calls as fast as raindrops!

Signal is not steady. It has a tendency to drop during a call. Or doesn't allow me to continue to dial out. I got the replacement phone from Verizon. There is heavy static during a call. Signal switches from digital to analog frequently.
