If I go outside to talk, I get great reception. In the house it is spotty. Internet and text messaging works ok. Calls are dropped or people find it difficult to hear me depending on where I am in my house. I tried to use an iphone from AT&T, but got zero reception in and out of the house or anywhere in Warwick for that matter. A landline is the most trusted phone of all (i.e. no dropped calls or hard to hear conversations). Welcome to the country!

Absolutely no reception in warwick... .anywhere! One spot in greenwoodlake but Nada all the way to Jersey from there.

Verizon has the best reception at my house, but it is not great. I wish the Village bureaucracy would allow them to install a tower.

Reception is horrible. I have heard that LG phones are really bad in this area. I am searching for a new phone. I get 1 bar sometimes 2 if I am lucky, but people still can't hear me.

i hate Cingular u get no service in warwick and they dont cover damge from water unless u have phone insuranceand I have had it since august 2006

The Sprint Fair and Flexible Plans include roaming, which on the Sprint network, is very common. However, this combination of the Sprint Network and roaming capabilities on other networks such as Verizon and CellularOne enable me to get "decent" service almost everywhere. Decent, meaning I usually only have two bars, but I have about two bars no matter where I am.

What people should realize is that reception is often more dependent on the phone than the carrier. On my old Motorola V60 I got almost no reception at all in Warwick, but one day a friend stopped by. He also had Verizon service but he had a Nokia phone, and I was amazed to find out that he had reception all over Warwick. When he opened his phone in my house he had about 4 bars of reception, I had one or none. Same service, different phones. I now have a Motorola e815 and have good reception all over Warwick except in a few places when driving on 17A down to Greenwood Lake.

I am using Verizon and I am sorry I got it there is little or no reception. Keep all your free minutes because I can't use them unless I drive 3 miles down the road! I have 4 phones and they all STINK! Called Verizon and they tell me that accoring to the map we have good service I told them they better send down the "CAN YOU HERE ME NOW" guy because they are losing all there Warwick customers to NEXTEL and SPRINT.

Poor reception in a few areas (like the center of sugar loaf) but as far as I can tell it's better than any other carriers in the area... and most of warwick and the surrounding area is covered well.
