We signed up for a family plan through Cingular not realizing the reception would be 1 or 2 bars, even tho, we live on Burgess Road. Phoned Cingular in Auburn and was asked what my house was made out of! Then was promised a free antenna, which has not been available since May 4, 2005. However, if we walk out our back door about halfway onto our almost 10 acres, we do have 4 bars! It will be cold this winter! We signed up for the family plan for the obvious and we had planned on disconnecting our home phone line, which has become staticized. Cingular needs to raise the bar somewhat higher for us!

I was skeptical about Cingular at first, but I heard about the whole merge with AT&T and decided to give them a chance. Cingular's not half as bad as everyone says it is, in my apartment either 4 or 5 bars (out of 5), I've never seen reception below three bars outside, usually I get 4 bars.
