poor signal, drop call, my land line out of service for last 4 days, yet no answer from them, when it will be fixed. T-Mobile higer price and tax for the service they provide.

Since the bad winter weather set in my phone which always had great reception, in any room, now registers from 1 to no bars. ATT told me some towers were impacted by the winter cold and storms. My reception come back when I reach the 61 st street station which is the LIRR stop. My phone also has no problem from work in Hicksville, NY where I work. I'm due for a phone upgrade next week, but I'm reluctant to do the upgrade if I will still have the same problem. Maybe I should switch to Verizon when my contract is up in May!

Dropped calls, no service -- often, I'll have five bars and no service. AT&T lies about their coverage. There's no other solution. Their techs are incompetent; all they can do is follow a script or blame my phone. (There's nothing wrong with the phone; it works in Manhattan.) I'm still in the 30-day "buyer's remorse" period. If this doesn't clear up soon, I'm going to look for a way to dump AT&T and go back to T-Mobile (which has been great for the past few years), while keeping (and jailbreaking) my iPhone.

Reception is poor ! 3G does not work in this area. The towers here do not support 3g. I spent my money buying the 3g phone and the only way I can use my phone is by turning it off. This is the worst service ever. The company has refused to install any new towers. I am going to call and cancel due to their poor service.' My phone does not work. I did not know that I had no service for about 2 complete days. It works once in a while but with the 3g off.

I have four bars most of the time and I either have two or one, or no bars the rest of time the service is good but, really not that reliable.

extremely poor reception compared to other providers. will wait for contract to expire then switch to verizon.

I use Cingular, my brother uses T-mobile. He can't get a signal midway through my apartment, I get full signal strength throughout.

I got T-Mobile in June 2005, but there was no reception. I switched to Cingular and the reception is still poor.

I am a former AT&T Customer that switched to Cingular with no regrets. The reception is EXCELENT! Wherever I walk I always have all six bars (as promoised by the commercials). As of recently, I moved into a basement apartment, and I always get at least four to five bars of reception (even behind heavy walls of concrete). I am extremely please with Cingular and would highly recommend to anybody!

No reception in the basement, however I had reception with Cingular. Switched because I got good deal with Sprint through my job and the phone is the best ever. I drop calls all the time and calls go in and out, and sound very choppy. One bar in the upstairs bedroom. This just cannot be right. If I could cancel I would, however I will have to pay like 200 bucks to cancel.

Dispicable reception in this area.

Frequently cuts out in outdoor locations. Indoors, receiving a signal requires scrambling around the house, by windows and doors, and usually the only way to get a reception is to just go outside to the driveway.
