Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: BB 9530	Reception fluctuates between 1 bar and 3 but on average is 2 which is distressing seeing as how there is a tower in the distance that I can see from my backyard which faces north. The biggest reason that I keep Verizon is a lot of the people I know have Verizon, and Verizon's customer service, otherwise the reception could be better.
