My Sprint service has been the worst service I have had. I switched in 2011 to Sprint do to marginal coverage with Verizon. Big mistake, I even have the Airave that Sprint sent out for free versus Verizon wanting to charge me.I had been with Alltel for so many years and with the buy out from Verizon, my phone service did not work well at all. Now that I have Sprint my phone coverage is terrible. I am really not sure who will be my next service provider. I may have to do a pay as you go plan until I can decide.

No reception indoors. Poor reception outdoors.

Reception with Sprint is very poor. Calls drop all the time. One bar at best.. Need new towers badly. Why buy a new 4G phone if you don;t have access to the 3G network?

I get virtually no reception in my house or a work which is a mile away. I have to go outside or upstairs to get any reception. Wish Apple went with Verizon.

Reception has been great up until 2 weeks ago, now get 2 or 3 bars when I used to get 5 on my iPhone

I usually get about 1 bar in parts of the house (no reception at all in basement, where I have an office), but it's not very reliable at home and that annoys me. On the road, in the general area, it's "okay", though rarely do I get all the bars. I'll probably be switching to Alltell. I hear they're the best for this area. Will post a review when I try 'em out!

Alltel reception is great at my house - previously could not get any reception on T-Mobile. Same in Brecksville at Rt. 21 and Miller Rd. - very poor with T-Mobile - great with Alltel.

Usually stays around 4 bars or so. Will sometimes jump to 5 bars. Excellent coverage either way.

Usually just one or two bars on first floor, but can get 3 or 4 bars on second floor. Driving on Shaker between Lee and Warrensville, all reception stops.

Awful reception. Calls are cut off regularly.

Neighborhood is extremely residential and service in home is poor - 1 to 3 bars typically (out of 6). Sprint was even worse. However, at the office ten minutes away in Pepper Pike, I get the full six bars.
