I have had Verizon for many years and am generally satisified. They have greatly improved their tower placement and, therefore, reception is much improved. Even when I experience a problem a call to *611 usually remedies the problem. Their customer service is very good and they usually solve the problem on the phone. All things considered Verizon is reliable, reception is very good and customer service is very helpful. I have used this phone and Verizon all over the US from the West to New York and find them to be reliable. The only concern I have is with their V Cast which is through another network, Broadband, which does not affect the voice network. V Cast is sometimes difficult to get in certain areas of the Cleveland area as well as around the country.

I left a perfectly good company(Cingular) to get an updated phone and now I can't even use my new gadget packed phone in my own house! I am so disappointed in T Mobile--and customer service was no help!.

I honestly must say, before the switch to the Cingular network and before using the AT&T network, I don't think I've ever had one dropped call. Maybe once out of two years, but thats it! Clarity has been consistently good too for the mostpart.

At&t is terrible, I have dropped 10 calls in a 30 minute time period before. I am so ready to just give them the $175 dollars and switch to something better, but as I read other comments, who is the best.
