Coverage is very spotty. The further you go north and / or east the worse the signal gets. This has been an on going problem. My calls and talking to sales people have gone nowhere.

If I'm lucky, I can get 1 bar. I often miss calls and texts and can't hold a broken-up conversation more than a couple minutes before it's finally dropped. Any signal I may have had is dropped if I go into a store (Target, Meijer, etc) or if a plane flies overhead, or the weather is bad. This phone was excellent when I lived in Georgia and is okay in many places in Columbus. Customer service has been utterly unhelpful and getting a bad phone replaced is like pulling teeth.
