I'm lucky if I get 3 bars even outside. In the house, maybe 1-2 bars, and I get little to no reception in the basement.

so I live in the center of the bermuda triangle and get extremely poor service. it stretches all the way from hills and dales -> brunnerdale -> perry -> 12th street -> woodlawn -> and back around again. It's been like this for 7 years, I dont see Verizon doing a thing about it. "can you hear me now?... hello?..hello?..hellllo... ... " call dropped

excellent service and coverage throughout stark county.

Signal in East Canton and surrounding areas is average, and I have never had a dropped call. I can't complain about the signal, although it could be better, as with all cell phones.

This is a lake commnity, meaning we are sort of in a bowl with hills on all sides. Alltel and Verizon I understand are the only two major carriers that work in the area and neither are very good - many dropped calls while stationary in home. It seems to me tha Alltel service has deteriorated and I've spent a fair amount of time talking to tech support. They tell me we are being serviced by a tower about a mile south of here that handles a large volume of calls. They said they increased the bandwidth on the tower, but I've noticed no improvement in the number of dropped calls and reported that to them. I want to change service providers, but at this point, I'm not sure if I will be any better off. By the way, we operate three different cell phones from this location about 25 feet above the water level and both the Motorola dn Audivox phones perform equally poor.

Verizon's coverage in Jackson Township is AWFUL! They are *supposedly* installing a tower near my location (near Jackson Friends Church) and it is supposed to be operational this spring, but I have yet to see a new tower anywhere or an increase in bars on my phone. If you make a big square with High Mill to the west, Mount Pleasant to the North, Lake-O-Springs to the east and Fulton Rd.to the south, Verizon doesn't work well or at all in the middle of that square - and THAT is a BIG square. Travel down Hills and Dales or Brunnerdale and it is the same story. Coverage down Amherst or near the intersection of Wales and Portage is nearly non-existent... .and a Verizon reseller is located there! How interesting! Verizon - please get it together!

Living in Canton South, I am lucky to have more than 1 bar with Alltel. We will be canceling our plan in the next few days. And finding another carrier. Previously we had Cingular, the service here was iffy, but much better than Alltel.

Right near this area there is absolutely no service, and it sucks because that's always on my way home from work. My family has come to call that area the bermuda triangle, and after a dropped call we just call back and it's understood where I was. Horrible.

My retail business is located here but yet I have no signal strength inside my building. Even when I go outside and stand in the parking lot, the calls get dropped EVERY DAY! Cingular, on the other hand has EXCELLENT strength in this area with a cell tower just across the street! Can't wait for my contract to end! BE CAREFUL-if you change your calling plan with Verizon, you will also extend your contract anoher YEAR!

Calls are dropped all the time. Voice mail messages show up 4 days after they were left. Calls missed but the phone never rings Can not use my cell phone inside my home I have not coverage. Ranch home brick not an apartment with lots of floor above or below. 5 other friends and family have the same problems in North Canton with their Verizon phone all different makes and model of phones. Must be the service provider!!

I live in the Central Catholic area and have pretty good reception I commute back and forth to North Canton with no problem. Some times if I am too deep in a bldg I don't get a signal.

Verizon's service in this area is spotty -- oftentimes I can't even make cell phone calls from home because I don't have any reception. When I'm able to place a call, it's a miracle if I'm able to talk more than 10 minutes without the network dropping the call. This is a problem for everyone in this area, you see people all the time standing in the middle of the parking lot trying to get a signal.

Customer service is always busy.

Both here in North canton AND in Canton South (44706 -Cleveland Ave (St.Rt.800) and 52nd St. Sw Aman's (Body Shop) ) I drop calls all the time. Alot of times I don;t even recive the calls in Canton South, nor the Voice Mail messages, until I get on the road. I genuinly disapprove of the service I recieve. Going from 4 bars to 1-0 really bites when your taking care of business and loose the call!

This whole area right in town is a dead spot. I have dropped calls all the time.

Constant dropped calls. AT&T (which is now merged with Cingular) really needs to improve recpetion in this area.

Very good reception very good service from Verizon Wireless for 2 years. Took phone with on vacation to California -- very pleased.
