Horrible reception. My coverage is so ridiculous on my BlackBerry Storm that it is mainly in emergency mode and does not even find Verizon's network. For some reason it stays on AT&T's network. Alltel seems to have substantial service, but is still lacking even after the corporate takeover by Verizon. I'm hoping for some improvements in both the coverage and customer service.
Was on the 310-410 network--usually had just two bars. Had one network failure where the call just disconnected with a loud error tone. Further down Wilson Mills, near Heath Road, there is no signal at all and my phone just searched and searched for one. Its not the phone--it works perfectly in Los Angeles on the T-Mobile (old Cingular) network :)
